Tell us the month your policy renews and the company you are with now, and about 30 days before that date a licensed agent at our Owatonna office reaches out the way you choose — call, text, or email — to shop it across Farmers Insurance and 20+ additional carriers before you renew. You are not a client until you decide to be.
When does it renew?
One reminder per renewal. We contact the number or address you give us about this reminder, and nothing else.
Reminders, answered plainly.
Will you text me?
Only if you choose text and check the consent box. Otherwise we call or email. Either way, it is a single reminder about this renewal, not a marketing list.
What if I do not know my renewal month?
It is on your declarations page, your ID card, or the carrier app. Pick your best guess and tell us in the notes; we can confirm it when we reach out.
What happens when you reach out?
A licensed agent asks for your renewal offer and declarations page, compares it across Farmers Insurance and our brokerage carriers, and walks you through the options. If staying put makes sense, we say so.
Can I set a reminder for more than one policy?
Yes. Check every line that renews in that month. If auto and home renew in different months, send the form twice.
